Product Availability
All of our jewelry is custom designed and manufactured on site in our Doral, FL studio. If you are interested in a piece that is currently on back order, please call us and we can tell you when the item will be available.
Because this jewelry is made here in our facility, there may be a 1-20 days delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Information on our Site
At MAH Beads, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how MAH Beads collects, uses, and discloses personally identifiable information from its customers.
Return Policy
MAH Beads is committed to complete customer satisfaction. MAH Beads takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state of the art facility, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied.
If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all; MAH Beads will refund that purchase within 15 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from amount of refund. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.
Please insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. MAH Beads is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number.

MAH Beads will process your return upon receipt of the package. MAH Beads must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day period.
Exchange Policy
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Any item may be exchanged within 30 days.
Shipping costs will be deducted form the amount of the exchange.
Limited Warranty
MAH Beads guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we take care of it. It’s a fair way of doing business. That being said, precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time. When normal wear occurs, repairs can be done in house by our expert staff at the normal repair fee.
Any work performed by a jeweler other than MAH Beads automatically voids the warranty.
THIS WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY.
It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
